Permits 14 and 15?

I am not sure if this is meaningful or not, as my spanish is very poor and I am speculating. IMO the far right column on the Peruvian permit report indicates the permit number sequence and the date. I suspect this as the 1 st permit on of Jan was 1-2011-MEM-AAM and the final 2010 permit was 96-2010-MEM-AAM

Permit 14 and 15 have not been listed in this report records? Not sure what this tells us but it may have something to do with no NR yet? My hunch is that the Peruvian gov't gave management a date to expect the permit, that date may have come and past. So there may be some frustration on managements side waiting for these to be issued as well as us shareholders.

Just a thought and all speculative but maybe very quickly arriving??
