I was thinking that a financing may also be a precautionary measure that they can have in place for whatever reason that may present itself. Certainly wouldn't have to use it if we were presented with a favourable buyout. I think Lori is taking every step possible to make sure that everything is in order before making any major moves. If this perchance turns out to be a massive discovery, we will attract every SHYSTER on this side of Pluto. You will want to have a great source of financing sitting at your door step to deal with these situations.

I'd be curious to know what Lori and Co. had in their sites for a prospective amount of buyout pricing. I know there's a lot of work to do to prove up the resource, but I'm sure they're getting more confident all the time where their bottom line may be.
