Hog, excellent post! This deserves at least 20 recommendations, if mine the other day had 15!
This is very well said, and obviously, lots of time taken to express your thoughts. I don't think at times, some people appreciate, or realize the time that it takes to do the work, that you, Sculpin, and others do.
Let us all not forget, in 1995-1996, gold was approx $350 per troy OZ, and Bre-X's big claim to fame was "70 Million Troy OZ"
The stock hit a peak of $286.50
We all know what happened after, but that's not the point here. It is the potential that everyone thought they might have?? They reported they may have resource estimates up to 200 Million Troy Oz?
Wonder how they were calculating that? What images might they have been looking at? Quantec? Think they might have been as conservative as we have been? Think they used half the volume, at 0.5 g/T, used 2.5 T/M3 instead of 2.75 T/M3?? Think they had 12,000 acres they were not counting? Did they have all those other properties optioned off? I know they did not have the Management Team that we do!
We for sure are not this story, but I truly believe we have that type of Potential! (IMO)
Maybe More?
