Since we have received previous EIS approval, and our other properties ( Vilcoro ) have been approved, there is zero reason for concern. We will have EIS approval and drill permits. People are looking at this like the Holy Grail. Please keep in mind that there is a logical sequence of events. The ground work and geophysical work is not done yet and therefore we are not ready to drill yet. Please read the independent Technical Report ( pg. 38 in particular ) to see all the work that needs to be done prior to drilling. I am 99.9% sure that the Drill Permit will be in hand before we are ready to drill the first hole.
I for one am very comfortable seeing all the preparation work being done prior to drilling. The better our understanding, of all the nuances of Tesoro before we drill, means a great deal to me. Making educated best guess holes in the ground will have a far better chance of producing some high results cores. That will skyrocket our SP. If we were to bring out some dud cores, well that would be not so good.
It's like laying a foundation. more time and effort spent earlier on yields results in the later stages. I've built houses, and if the cribbers did a poor job, it's a struggle all the way to the roof. On the other hand, a well poured basement is a breeze to build on.
I know it may seem like taking for ever. Yet I have full confidence that our management team is prioritizing all the tasks at hand. We will, without doubt, have permits when the time is right.
I think, we have the property, we have the people and we have the plan. This will fly. Give it some time.
