If there was ANYTHING wrong, the company would have to disclose that immediately. That is part of the timely disclosure rules. It would have to be filed under Material Change in the form of a public news release and management would be in blackout mode.

There was no material change news in hands on Mar11, that doesnt mean that they are not in blackout at this very minute. As soon as Lori gets the permit, management will go into blackout and will not be allowed to trade.

So, there is nothing wrong, its just this waiting game with the Peruvian government. Lori doesn,t owe us an update on ANYTHING. What will she say? That we dont have the permits yet? Everyone knows that! There is no update because there is nothing to tell us.
