hey ismore, the possible high worth of SLI shares is perceived easier by me just thinking about $10 per share by year end. Thats about 400 to 500 % upside from here, in one year, not a bad return! The more it goes, the better, but I think being this conservative still shows how good of an investment this should be. I am hoping and expecting for a much higher sp by year end, but will be quite content with the $10. Always keep in mind Arequipa and Aurealian, and how fast their sp ,s went up on news. Also, very important, look at the estimated resource that was bought.

I had a hard time wrapping my head around someone being able to pay billions for us also, until...

I was looking for the link to a Glencore article I posted here before, it showed where they bought a miner for 22 billion, I beleive that was U.S. dollars. Also keep in mind the Chinese and U.S. articles I have been posting and their quests for gold. The point is, its not inconceivable for a big company OR country to pay in the billions for us. If you search, you will see there are big deals in that magnitude done. And another thought, at 3 or 4 billion dollar buyout, thats still $35 a share (quick math).

I beleive most of the Tesoro is registered in Santa Elisa, a subsidiary of SLI. So, it may be possible that this entity be sold leaving SLI intact. I wouldn,t want us to lose Santa Elisa because of the Peruvian established company status. It may be useful for future SLI endeavours.

In regards to getting the RIGHT price, that depends on the shareholders scenario I spoke of many times, having a valid gold deposit like we think and having the right consulting firms at our disposal when the first offer comes in. IMO.
