I meant to add this to my last post. Sorry.

This whole concept, in my opinion would tie in nicely with pension reform. In essence, it would be the Federal Government's answer to pension reform and a platform for Harper to present in the next Federal election. Don't forget, the government gave us the TFSA and I believe that this is the next logical step...
