I feel that if SLI ever got bought out by a Major such as Barrick or others for example and the shareholders got payed out in Barrick shares at a rate of possibly 2 Barrick for 1 SLI (more or less), then we would have all the time in the world to cash out at a rate that was acceptable to our individual financial and taxation needs. Correct me if I'm wrong but taxes of any kind should be non existent until you sold shares. Companies such as them should by rights evaluate in time as well.
