Peru was revamping its mining regulations. So SLI changed its priority list. 250 % more claim was staked, a second T24 ordered and an EIS was submitted in the late summer. It's in the Peruvian Governments hands. There is nothing your demanding of answers will do to speed the process. Management has given updates and will again when there is news to report.
