For the last several months, waiting for the drilling permit was kind of like watching paint dry. Well, it's spring now. So should we now be saying its kind of like watching grass grow? Or is it too soon yet?

Anyways, this waiting is really frustrating - and Primed said it all in his last post "everything has already been said about Tesoro that can be said"
