I don't think it is a tip off of any real information other than the PM is back and we all want some news!!. I believe everyone is anticipating news and someone picked up some volume today that created an increase in sp. There was only 170K traded so nothing material yet. IMO it is all speculation and will remain speculation until there is any NR.
