When I read about the road it didn't put a smile on my face. But here is my spin - I've been on logging roads in BC that made me wonder if my will was up to date. My brother has worked as an ice road trucker and talks about driving with one hand on the door handle at times. He's also hauled oil field equipment into locations in N. Alberta and can tell some pretty good stories. This was all in Canada and the goods got through.
Maybe to the Peruvian truck drivers it's just all in a day's work. The message said trucks were arriving at the mill regularly.
But yeah, a four lane paved road right to the edge of Tesoro's property wouldn't make me unhappy.
