I think that very few institutional buyers would buy into a JV stock with no permits or drill results no matter how big of a deposit they thought they had. There is always the exception though. Permit may change that somewhat but drill assays will be the big decision maker. I do believe though that S.P. will run up on permit news as well as news of Bradley Bros. on site and drilling.
