Agreed Mr Jones, something will have to be done proactively in respect to a Tesoro buyout. The Tesoro is now in our subsidiary Minera Santa Elisa. I can,t see us parting with this established Peruvian company at this time if the Tesoro is sold. We still have the NEW properties surrounding Tesoro. It would be ok if who ever bought could afford all the properties around Canchete hill, then that would leave us with Vilcoro and Cueva Blanca in South America. We would most likely have to retain Santa Elisa until we got rid of these properties, OR, like someone else said, option them to Intigold. We have so many other properties that may have considerable value that could be contained in one entity by theirselves. Having said that, there could be multiple spin outs.

So, the most logical thing to do is; spin off the lesser non South American, properties into a brand new company. Retain Minera Santa Elisa as a spinout holding the Vilcoro and Cueava Blanca. Option or transfer the new Tesoro properties into Intigold. Sell the Tesoro under the entity SLI, in other words sell the company ST Elias Mines with its only remaining asset, the Tesoro. The shift of management into Intigold also has implications of some sort.

This way we could be paid A FULL AMOUNT cash buyout per share and only lose what is expected to be retained by law for tax purposes. There is a couple ways to do this, that I would rather not get into, but it would put the most in the shareholders pockets. We would be granted shares from the other 2 spin outs on a pro rata basis. I know that a lot of the cash received by investors from the Tesoro would then in turn be reinvested in the spinouts, putting these spinouts in a healthier situation, cashed up through pp,s and ready to go. Very wealthy shareholders would only need this one type of investment to live off, and some others could put some into dividend paying stocks.

Its all a win win, if we can get them permits and get this gigantic ball rolling.

IMO
