I've also been watching this closely. Actually I was not aware how close the runoff was last election. Garcia won by 5.25 %. However he went from 24.324 % up to 52.625%, and Humala went from 30.616 up to 47.375%. We can only hope history repeats itself

What I found more interesting was how close it was for Garcia to even make it to the runoff. He only got in by 0.5 % over Lourdes Flores Nano (National Unity).

Time will tell, supposed to know tonight @ 20:00 (19:00 MST), who makes it to the runoff.
