Just speculation but this makes me think that the permits are a lot futher off than any of us think.

Obviously there is a chance that Lori just needed this money right now. But you would think that if she thought the permits were coming anytime soon she would only sell enough shares to cover immediate expenses.

Of course this is just speculation on my part as I dont know her financial situation but I can't see from any angle how the CEO selling $276,286.00 worth of shares is a good thing.
