I was out of the country for the last week and a half. I tried not to get many updates on SLI hoping there would be good news when I returned. No news on the permits, but still good news on the fact that I could be less than a year away from retirement if SLI comes through! Fundies haven't changed in this story (IMO). It was nice to see the $2.00 support line held up quite well.
