It would likely be of most benefit to shareholders to sell the entity SLI holding only the Tesoro property. We get our payout plus shares in IGD worth the value of the OTHER properties. From tax perspectives, this may be the best way to go. And as I am speculating now, we may be seeing the effects of this happening now.
