Well I wouldn't jump up and down and say that I know NOTHING about the inner workings, BUT there is a chance that SLI management can see an end product in the horizon and with a healthy sale of Tesoro, may have no desire to continue on in the stock market business, and with the sale of Tesoro under the name SLI, it would be convenient for all other properties to be sold to another company at which time management could retire from their positions over at IGD and be home free for holidays. All speculation on my part but I think they all want to quit.
