I agree WOXOF. if there was a problem with the permit application it would have been addressed several months ago. It is to Peru's bensfit to have more people working and increasing their income, as well as the potential Peruvian governmental income. They are aware and hoping that Tesoro will probably give them steady income for years and years. In addition, why would Lori request a stop for bad news? This would only precipitate angry and impulsive selling, far worse than an announcement that would explain the delay and what steps have already been taken.
I am very much looking forward to the cross sectional Titan images, and these would not have to be artificially shaded as in the large ovoid as shown in the longitudinal sections. The picture showed (I think) 18 & 16 mRads of chargeability, and I believe the colour tones would be very much closer. The halt may only be for the permit, and the Titan announcement may follow as well as the forthcoming announcement that the drill are turning on May nth. I think the Titan will be included in view of the meetings the company have had over the last six months to jolt the memory of the attendees to those various meetings.
I can see she may have several releases, and certainly after the cores are known she could get relatively cheap financing for the other properties. Lori's history is that she has always taken a careful and well thoiught out plan (well ahead of most of us) and while it may take longer she always has a very sharp pencil - I doubt if she even owns a red pencil!
