I don't think we would be getting a reasonable offer at this time, based on our presumed resources, so I doubt that that's the reason for the halt. But, is it possible that we received the permit several days ago, and the NR is because of the drilling crew already being on site and ready to go? Peru is still a relatively backward country, and unless you were on site, you wouldn't necessarily know the day to day ongoings. Either way, the news of the halt is EXCITING!!!! By the way, in the can't make someone happy, no matter what happens, I had to leave my office at 3:30 on Friday, and it is only now (Sun) that I have been able to catch up.
