So, everyone is quiet here and probably walked away from the computer disappointed with our closing share price today. I am kind of astonished myself.
1)So I ask myself why we closed at what we beleive is a low sp for this news?
1) The news today undoubtedly takes away a lot of risk. It should have allowed uncertain investors to feel that now it is safe to buy. It should have allowed some funds to start taking up positions. Maybe this happened today, but to a smaller degree than what was expected. IMO, we were deliberately sold down again today. As this stock appreciates, it should almost squeeze out the shorts (naked and recorded). They had chances before to buy and sell at much higher prices fulfilling their cycle time and again. But each time we getting buying strength, that circle should get smaller, whereas if shares are taking out of circulation. If shares are day traded, that adds to the volume, but will really have no effect on a short position if the shorter can scoop up those shares whenever he wants. I beleive there was some day trading today and maybe a little profit taking. All in all, the volume really wasn,t what I expected either, it fell short.
Its becoming more and more obvious that our sp is being tampered with, and there is always reasons for everything. What if, in our circumstance, its not the shorters doing the damage? What if its a possible suitor trying to keep the sp in check? Why were those big blocks on the ask this morning not pulled? Who ever had them there, let buyers buy them up. It seems the owners of the big blocks on the ask side didn,t care how many shares they lost til we hit around that $2.50 block. Someone said here, that it was chewed up and replaced with another, then asks put below that block and even below the bid price at times, that I can add to that. What did the owners of those big blocks know and why were they happy to leave the lower block be bought up. Did they know they had enough power to keep us down, or is that the brokers job, to control the sp until the suitor is ready to make a low ball offer?
To me, the trading doesn,t make sense, and there are about 4 things that explain this kind of trading, 2 I can rule out in my head, the other 2 is shorters and a suitor. To try to short this stock makes little sense also, so to me that leaves one reason.
I guess you can call this another one of sculpins "beleive it or not",s.
