If Lori could hold off as long as she can, like right after we have the first assays, that would be excellent. She should be able to do this easily unless something pops up unexpectantly. If she thinks we will get an offer with few drill holes, she would most likely not do a pp until a much later date or not at all if things happened quick.
But, as you say, if she has to, it will be most likely be done at a much higher level than we are today.
Another thought, if she waits for the first assays, she should be able to fill a pp in a matter of days, if the assays are as good as we expect them to be. Investors and institutions would be calling her to get a part, rather than her hiring a finder. But then again, would we really need it at that stage?
