Why does it appear that management is purposely calling in the options on our optioned properties? The company looks like it doesn,t need the cash from these endeavours anymore.

Why has management been spending money on Cueva Blanca, Vilcoro AND Tesoro?

It would appear to me that we dont need cash. We have over 4 million in the treasury. You have to deduct over 2 million at least for drilling Tesoro. You will probably need another million plus to run the company and sample the Tesoro drill cores. I have showed you that we have been recently spending money on the Vilcoro and Cueva Blanca, if that continues, a million bucks will not go far.

If we fully dilute the companies share base, that will bring in approx 14 million bucks with almost another 16 million shares added to the share structure, bringing us to 120 million shares on a fully diluted basis.

If this company doesn,t need cash in the near future, why?

That leads me to beleive that Lori may be pretty sure right now, that the Tesoro is gonna be sold very quickly. Why would she use time and funds on the other two properties if we were not gonna do more to them in the near future? Couldn,t those funds have been used on the Tesoro, or does Lori know she will not need those funds for the Tesoro?

I think I will stand behind my thoughts right now, that Lori has been approached by a serious buyer. I could be wrong, but given how smart Lori is and putting all these things together, it makes sense.
