Thanks - I did read the Aurelian thing - again, it's amazing that people will handle their investments in a lazy way. I don't think that situation will happen with SLI, for two reasons:

1. I get the impression that Lori will not present an offer received from a potential purchaser to the shareholders unless she likes the offer herself and

2. You, Sculp, and Bow have done so much DD that you have shared with this board that I think we may be better prepared than the Aurelian shareholders were.
