I agree with you 100% - we may be sitting on the gold find of the century, but for sure, Lori is not able to say that in her own words according to the regulations.

She may be able to say the Quantec sees a huge anomaly, and that we have surface samples that contained x g/t and the location that these samples came from, but its up to the investor himself to pull all ot these strands together.

I guess the fiasco with Bre-X has brought all these changes about (with which I am in full agreement, by the way).
