SLI is not selling these properties as of now, the option agreements allow the optionee to gain a prescribed percentage of interest in the property on satisfaction of the requirements of the agreement. There must be clauses in all SLI option agreements that say the option can be withdrawn at anytime, because SLI has been doing this lately.
IGD shareholders would be benefited IF these properties became IGD,s. For that to happen, SLI shareholders would have to be paid a FMV for each property. Or, each SLI shareholder be issued shares in IGD for the appropriate amount of valuation.
The properties could also be sold to IGD, but then thats opening another can of worms that may not be a good idea at this time and may not work satisfactory.
