Questions for the board regarding optioned properties

Does anyone know why these properties were optioned off in the first place? I had assumed that it was because we didn't have time and/or funds to explore any other properties. I assumed that the Tesoro was a full time job. Has anyone phoned and asked Murray why SLI is moving the contracts to Intigold?
