Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Well, apparently there were no financings where financial institutions were given shares as part of their job in finding investors. At least to my knowledge. All financings were done privately and filled by individual investors. Management found everyday people to invest in this company and the biggest part of their promo over the years consisted of everyday people. When management found everyday people that were willing to invest, these people in turn told their families and freinds. Sure there are traders and some small funds with shares, but I beleive the bulk is owned by everyday people. I havent seen that before, hence, unique to me at least.
The AGM last year saw a turnout of 50-70 investors, everyday people. You dont see small venture companies having a turnout like that. A lot have a handful and some even have no one attend. A lot of us met there for the first time and have become good friends since telling even more new people to buy some stock. That is why this stock is so strong, its because of its shareholders that have invested for the long term and havent sold. I am impressed that here almost daily there will be a long shareholder come on here and let us know they are here for the long run and are part of this great strength.
This company is more like a family operation than a typical venture company. Where have you seen that before?
