Digidude:

I share similar concerns of Peru wanting to get involved as well. Our democratic process is by no means stable either....everyone in Peru will have their hands out looking for a "piece of the pie" if this property has significant value and/or resources. If this were in Saskatchewan, we all know there would be indigenous claims against the proper following any "newsworthy" announcements.....
