Booner, IMO some people should not be in the market at all. Those that recognize that they are too impulsive or too agitated etc are better off to hire a respected advisor that tells you to invest in high paying dividends that are proven year after year. In this way when the market tanks their portfolio doesn't go down as much and recovers better. Look at the limited number of well run securities that you have once a year only and get into some healthy hobby that will keep you active and burn off all that excessive energy.

Bradly Bros run a business. They are good at it. They please all their customers. If they were to stop a drill hole 2/3 of the way down and truck the rig 300 miles to Tesoro, how long would their business would last? If they have an idle drill in Mexico and ordered it shipped a week ago, do you think they would use a helicopter? If you can't figure out this comapany.....................
