Management has no more excuses. Permit is in hand and they have had a year to plan what they are going to do and how they are going to drill. I agree that the permit took awhile to obtain and Bradley Bro's may be working on some other projects now, but this has to be a huge project for them. They will find a way to get drills to Tesoro if we push them, if not then lets find someone else who can do it right now. We need news that drilling has started in the next 2 weeks. I'm fed up with my investment getting tossed around by the shorters. Time for management to step up and deliver. Start drilling already!
