Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
They discovered the north corridor June 22/2010
From the news release- http://www.steliasmines.com/storage/news_releases/Sli-News-2010-27-Corridor-FINAL.pdf
"The North Corridor (also approximately 7 kilometres long) lies approximately 2 kilometres northeast of, and is parallel to, the Main Corridor. The North Corridor is defined by a series of coincident geophysical/remote sensing lineaments, by numerous pits excavated in the past by “informale” miners and by two previously identified mineralized zones (Zona Este and the I-3 Vein at Zona Incognito.) The Company will immediately initiate a surface exploration program consisting of detailed mapping and surface sampling to define the mineral potential of the North Corridor in advance of a systematic trenching program."
This PR was the first time North corridor has been mentioned. We know that the titan 24 survey #1 was based on recent interpretation of the Stage 1 Titan 24 Geophysical Survey conducted by http://www.steliasmines.com/storage/news_releases/Sli-News-2010-27-Corridor-FINAL.pdf
"Quantec Geoscience Ltd. (refer to News Release of January 26, 2010) and the recently acquired
2010 remote sensing data ("satellite imagery") from the Tesoro Gold Project in southwestern
Peru (the "Property"), Company geologists have identified a structural zone parallel to and
similar in size and dimension to the Main Tesoro Structural Corridor. This newly defined
structure is hereafter referred to as the "North Corridor."
The Main Tesoro Structural Corridor (approximately 400 metres wide and 7 kilometres long)
hosts the four significant identified mineralized zones on the Property: Zona Canchete (C-1and
C-2 Veins); Zona Central (A-4 vein); Zona Incognito (I-3 Vein); and Zona Sur. To date, all the
development and the bulk of exploration on the Tesoro Gold Property has been focused within
this corridor, with only limited surficial sampling outside of this zone.
The North Corridor (also approximately 7 kilometres long) lies approximately 2 kilometres
northeast of, and is parallel to, the Main Corridor"
Then on May 17/ 2011 we we learn that this NORTH CORRIDOR is now being trenched..

They are indeed working on the new part. Just not the new claims yet.
FROM THE PR.....
Company will utilize both local labor and mechanized trenching methods.
The trenching program will concentrate on the following three main targets:
• high-priority near-surface geophysical targets identified by Titan 24 Geophysical Surveys conducted
by Quantec Geoscience Limited;
• areas along strike and in between known mineralized veins in the Main Structural Corridor; and
• on the recently identified Parallel Structural Corridor.
Then JUNE 9th (my Mom's B- day)
We got great news...of DRILLERS HIRED ect..
http://www.steliasmines.com/storage/news_releases/Sli-News-2011-07_Tesoro_drilling_final.pdf
As at May 31, 2011, 15 trenches totalling 1,200 linear metres have been completed with 215 samples
collected over 5m sample intervals from the trenches at the Tesoro Project. The trenches were completed by a backhoe and a track-mounted excavator at Zona Central (Main Structural Corridor) and Zona Este (Parallel Structural Corridor).
So they are working on the previous unexplored part in the parallel corridor.
If I repeated anyone before or someone finds different , please feel free to correct me.
