Typically in earlier year, 2or 3 hole definately would not have sufficed and a large part of the time in todays technology we still tend to drill multiple holes in a predetermined arrangement to give us the ability to obtain a semi accurate estimate of gold volume. However, that said, there are several majors that are starting to rely heavily on the Quantec Titan 24 measurement system. As Quantec surveys more and more different properties, their success is noted by these majors and the confidence in the survey grows proportionately. As far as the amount of drilling that will be needed on the Tesoro goes, I would suggest that the assays that we get back from the first few drill holes will be compared to the Titan 24 images to determine the accuracy of the geophysical survey and that will weigh heavily on the amount of extra drilling that may need to be done. That is to say that if the grams/ton of gold match up to what the Titan indicates. The second determining factor that may enter into the picture would be the offer to purchase. If the offer is acceptable then the drilling may stop. That is as far as SLI is concerned, BUT if the offer to purchase is not acceptable due to the fact that there is not enough drill results to prove gold volume then I would suggest that drilling will continue.
If we send a drill right into the heart of that big anomalie and we see a steady 3, 4 or 5 grms/ton then I would guess we would be seeing buyout offers PRONTO.
