I agree with the industry exposure is visible and the potential Confidentiality Agreements are a huge possiblity. However, anything considered material must be released to the public. Lori is definitely excercising a plan of strategic communication.

If the stock piled grab samples from a year past or the trenching assays are back they would have to communicated to the public. They can not be held, but were they sent in asap or not - is the question I have.

If you know you have the goods can you exercise a plan of strategy that would have everything come together all at once? Could you hold onto the samples and if so, can the potential suitors view the stock piled samples?
