Silverback, how about 102 Million OZ, based on all the Math we've done continually, and that worked out to a share price of $133 per share, based on the following:

However, I do think your numbers are more realistic, because you must be saying @ 175 Million OZ to get a share price of $495 per share like you state, the price payed per OZ based on 115 Million shares fully diluted would be approx $325 per OZ in the ground. That's probably much more realistic than the $150 per OZ that I say!
As well, you must be saying they will average 1.72 g/T to come up with your 175 Million OZ, instead of my 1.0 g/T to come up with 102 Million OZ.
I'm thinking your numbers will be much closer than mine in the end!
