I have a small question: - BOW suggested taking about 20% off the table as being prudent if things start to get rolling. Sculpin says he would like to stay all in so as to have better control of the vote.

My question is- Does a proxy with 100,000 shares in it carry more weight in a vote than one with 80,000 shares?
