Lori knows what this is worth, more than any of us here. We are counting on her to take us to a satisfactory finish line. She is industry savy and will present us with her recommendations when/if the time comes.

Hypothetically, Lori will release her recommendations to shareholders as each bid comes in, whether she thinks its a fair offer or not. We follow what she says, and when she says we have a fair offer on the table , we vote on it. If she knows she has this strong of support from her shareholders, she should be able to accomplish a fairly decent price for us. I don,t beleive we will see a tender offer in this situation, it would most likely be futile if we have the strength I beleive we have.
