Well this is all news to me! These Lock Ups seem counterproductive to me! If someone makes a bid and it has to be locked up to proceed with the bid then you have no opportunity for someone with deeper pockets to bid a s well. What happened to the bidding war we were talking about? Who decides on whether we have a hard or soft lock up? I would think you would want an auction scenerio.
