The day of which you speak, I was watching a bit around that time. Midday or so, a 93k block came for sale on the ask, I looked shortly after, maybe less than an hour later, and the 93k was bought up. I dont suspect this was a short cover, because these shares came for sale first and were there for awhile, a shorter most likely would have done a cross trade. But, on second thought, maybe it was, and was done up as a swap. Maybe the short, if it was one, had a hard job finding enough shares to cover that much without pushing the sp up higher and maybe triggering a call in on the position?

Sorry for the 2 different views, I was thinking while I was writing and just kept rambling on.

And I think it was said here, that someone knew who bought those shares, and it wasn,t a short.
