Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Bringing on McElhanney Engineering Group.
Now there you hit the nail on the head! That an engineering outfit the likes of McElhanney was brought on is very foretelling. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Tesoro will be a gold mine. We're just deciding how big. Exploration is fine and it could largely be done inhouse. Our geo's have been inside Tesoro. There are two 100 m deep mines. (shafts and drifts) One can get a lot better feel from being inside, seeing both the vein material and the host rock. I think at some point it was decided that not only would further work at Tesoro prove up a resource, but that concurrently a mine feasability study would be done as well. And that is why mining know-how (as opposed to exploration know-how) has been brought into this project. More than just exploration, mining prep work is taking place.
