It isn't really new. Deutsch Bank made the same type of deal with Petaquilla Minerals earlier this year in Panama.

By the way - I've been away for three weeks and I don't know what is more important :

1. Being able to sleep at night knowing our investment isn't going to tank while I'm gone, or

2. Having a feeling that there would be absolutely no news while I was gone.
