I don't think the pp was because of the burn rate. Things change for management daily and I think the additional money may be needed elsewhere (Vilcoro) for reasons we will learn about in the near future. A pp on the Vilcoro would not bring in the cash like Tesoro. I think Vilcoro is going to surprise a lot of people. Management are pretty crafty people.
