For example, for simplicities sake, lets say there are 10 companies all exactly 1/10th our size that are not held by longs. Wouldn't a buyer be more apt to buy them utilizing a hostile take over and maximize their profit per purchase versus buying Tesoro?
Are buyers actively seeking companies they know they can execute a hostile take over on?
