I'm sure this has been answered before, but I can't seem to recall the answer.

Does anybody know if there are reporting requirements that forces management to report trenching lab results to the public within a certain period of time after receiving them from the lab (i.e., material change)? If so, how long? I am wondering if it is possible for management to sit on the trenching results until after they drill to see how the drills turn out. Just curious.

Also, has anybody talked to Murry about the AMEX listing recently? I am thinking that we should be pretty close to the timeframe previously given...
