IMO, when you are management, you are privy to a lot more information than meets the average shareholders eye.

Why would you do a PP to raise money, when you have in excess of $4 million dollars in your bank account, ---no debt, a drill program that will prove up the 5000 thousnd acres you own, and have some 43101 results on, UNLESS--- you had a suitor that says---prove that the rest of the property you own contains equivalent gold, and we'll buy the whole thing off of you.!!! But that suitor also says, I don't want the rest of your properties---just Tesoro.

Lets face it,--- 5000 acres is "great", BUT,17,000 acres is better. A drill program, that aint FREE, will take time and money to prove, but will pay huge dividends to those of us that have the patience to wait for the final results.

Separare SLI into separate entities, and you only have to sell off part of the flock, keep the rest of the ducks to sell at a later date, ----after you prove you have a good mateing pair that can produce you many worthy ducklings.

You, as shareholders in SLI, could wind up owning shares in as many as 5 or 6 other corporations, ( not costing you a penny) and still get huge money for your SLI shares.

I have been told Mannnnnny times that I am toooo positive, and I'm Okay with that.

Sure as hell beats being tooo negative, but sometimes I believe we have to look at the facts, put just a little imagination with it, and draw our own conclusions based on reality and gut feeling.

If that offends some, and gives other confidence, then I guess I've done my part ---right or wrong-- but at least I'll go to sleep tonite, ---knowing that I tried.
