I would not expect any HUGE news until after the AGM. With the spin-out not in place until after the AGM it is unlikely the company would entertain offers or even expect offers. In my opinion this says something about when we could expect drill results. I'm betting on none before November. IMHO

This play is taking a long time to play out. I don't know if that's by design or just the way it is. If by design you have to ask why would management want to stall this process? Could be a good strategy or other.

Just looking for thoughts on this, not trying to throw water on the flames.
