I have a couple of questions:
1. This spin-off mgmt is proposing, all of you say is good. Is that because it shows we are progressing towards a sale.? When I think about them moving our B.C. properties to the new company and we get to receive 1 share for every twenty, I can't help thinking we already owned the BC properties in SLI how does this benefit me as a shareholder if my shares are now reduced to 20%
2. Is there a good possibility that this will be done with each of the properties in Peru?
3. Will this lengthen the time it will take to sell our properties but increase the big pay off we are all waiting for.
4. Who thinks we could be receiving several pay offs instead of 1 big one?
