I agree Primed, to leave this property with Tesoro would be giving it away. There is a very high likelyhood that we have more amonallies on this property. This could be as rich as Tesoro so pulling it into IGD takes it off the table when an offer for Tesoro comes down the pipe. If the suitor wants it as well it would have to be a seperate offer. Remember IGD can always opt out and the property goes back to SLI. Lori has all the control of both companies. I think she is crossing the t's and dotting the I's.
