Here's a simplistic view from a simple man,,,,,I think Lori is separating the original 5000acre Tesoro property out away from the rest so that we can sell it without losing control of the additional 12000 unproven acres.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get the feeling that a sale is closer than some may expect. If she options it out to IGD, then we still have partial ownership (or complete ownership depending on how you view IGD). Optioning it out is far far simpler. Creating a new spin off company is hugely complicated and time consuming. I would dare to say that Havilah has been is the process of being developed for some time now. and will be ongoing for some time yet. Lori and her team are very experienced and knowledgable. She has surrounded herself with some of the best Lawyers, accountants,pr people and Geologists. She uses companies like Quantec Energold and Bradley Bros. If you question the fact that IGD will have some control over the chance property then may I suggest buying some cheep shares in IGD.
